Passionate People of Hope!

Where are your sticky notes?  As we move forward with our vision of being “People Passionate about Christ” it is vital and essential that we have everyone’s input on the following areas:
  • Word & Worship
  • Member Care
  • Fellowship
  • Community Care
  • Outreach
Everyone did fantastic providing positive feedback and pointing out additional opportunities where we can grow in Word & Worship, however the last few weeks not so much.  We need to be united in our vision.  Our passion for ministry starts with participation, so this week stop by the church and fill out a sticky note for any of the ministry areas that you may have missed. Or take a few minutes to fill out a handful this next Sunday.  So what is your passion people of Hope? What are we doing well?  Where can we do better?

Yesterday we continued our Passion sermon series with a focus on community care, and how God uses broken people restored by the grace of God through faith in Jesus Christ to do good works, to care for the broken in our community. To meet the needs of the poor and the needy, the lost, the marginalized, and all those who are considered damaged goods by our society.  If you missed the message you can listen to it on our website.   https://www.hopelinden.org/service-times-and-sermons/

Please make sure you are in worship next week as we seek to be a people passionate about reaching the lost with the good news of Jesus Christ! Invite a friend, it’s a simple way to show the love of Christ by providing an opportunity for the gospel to be heard.

May the Lord grow us in our love for Him and for one another, may we become more and more a People Passionate about Christ in all that we say and do!

IHS,
Pastor Paul Kollek
